The Pune Bio-cluster Proteomics Facility aims to provide proteomics and mass spectrometry services including protein identification, proteome analysis, quantitative proteomics, intact mass analysis, phosphoproteomics, metabolites analysis etc. Facility is currently in the process of procuring advanced, state-of-the-art, high throughput mass spectrometry instrumentation. Once we set-up the facility, we are ready to provide the proteomics and mass spectrometry services and this information will be updated on the website in due course of time. In addition to the above services, the facility organizes training programs, workshops etc. to generate highly skilled manpower to undertake cutting edge scientific pursuits.

State-of-the-art high throughput Mass Spectrometers capable of performing high resolution accurate mass determination of the analytes. This instrumentation facility is capable of performing quantitative proteomics analysis, PTMs analysis, labeled and label-free proteomic analysis, top-down proteomics, Metabolite identification and quantification, GC-MS analysis etc.
